Welcome to our interactive website. We hope you find it enjoyable, informative and easy to navigate. This site will be modified regularly with updated information and local town news.

However, we need feedback from the community to make it a success. We compiled as much information as we could from the resources we had available, so if we’ve missed something or gotten it wrong please let us know.

We are also in need of photos for our photo albums. When submitting photos, please include a brief description of the people and/or place in the photo. You can e-mail them to

So thank you in advance for your help. We look forward to hearing from you.

The Winslow Public Works Department will be flushing fire hydrants on Thursday, November 18th and Friday, November 19th. During this process you may notice a drop in water pressure and/or discoloration of your water. This discoloration is only temporary and does not indicate a problem with your water. However, you may want to refrain from doing laundry during this time. If discoloration does occur, simply run your cold water tap for a short period of time until the water clears.

The Town Council meetings scheduled for November 8th and November 22nd are  open to the public.  Depending  on the number of people attending, you may be required to wait outside of the meeting room until it's your turn to speak. Citizens may still participate by phone by calling 1-415-655-0001. The meeting ID is 126 947 8651. If asked for another number, just press the # key. The meeting will be open for dialing in at 5:50 pm and will begin at 6:00 pm.

Please note: The function of the Winslow Town Council is to conduct the business of the Town of Winslow. While it is a meeting being held in public, it is not a Public Meeting. However, at every meeting there is an opportunity for Citizens Comments. If you have an issue you would like to see added to the agenda, please fill out an Agenda Request Form. You can find one on our website or pick one up at Town Hall. Requests must be received by the Thursday preceding the scheduled Council meeting.
